  1. Drive to York Redoubt off Purcells Cove Road, about 15 minutes from downtown Halifax.
  2. Walk the grounds, trail and lookout; dogs on leash are welcome.
The catchLimited parking outside the gate when it is closed in winter. Trails are not maintained in winter.
