How to get it

  1. Check the income limits on the City's Fair Pass page (e.g. about $23,488 for one person)
  2. Apply online with your PRESTO card number
  3. Ontario Works, ODSP and child care fee subsidy clients can skip income proof
The catchAges 20-64, Toronto residents only, household income under 75% of the low-income measure. Works on TTC and Wheel-Trans only, not GO or UP Express. Eligibility is reviewed each year.
