How to get it

  1. Take I-84 to Exit 31 and park in the free lot.
  2. Walk the paved path to the viewpoint and bridge.
The catchFrom late May to early September, cars need a timed permit (free ones are limited, online ones cost $2). The lot closes automatically when full.
