How to get it

  1. Walk up Citadel Hill from downtown (entrance off Sackville Street).
  2. Explore the Parade Square and be there at noon for the gun firing.
The catchFree only mid-November to May; interior rooms, exhibits and ramparts are closed then. Paid admission applies in summer.
